The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location was great, enjoyed walking around the city centre. The staff were all very kind and they prepared us breakfast to go as we had an early morning flight.

Wonderful reception staff / the female manager was superb and made my stay very easy, thank you for your kindness and information. The coffee shop serves delicious coffee and sandwiches and the Irish pub on floor 16 serve excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. Room is clean and comfortable and perfect for trip planning to the national parks and accommodation team were so lovely giving me lots of water on request.

West side of the city, stayed here one night on the last day in the country. Transportation to the airport was easier as they are slightly away from the city center. Newer hotel and mostly clean inside. Plenty of restaurants nearby within a walking distance.

The staff took care of all our needs and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We can especially recommend our guide Cheggi. He gave us a great understanding of Mongolian culture through his tour and was able to answer every question we had. He also picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport in a very safe and entertaining manner. The airport transfer can be organized directly through the Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, Jarhaa and Turuu helped me a tremendous amount when I had a lot of documents that needed to be printed out. These two members of the staff really helped us a lot! Thank you

The service at the hotel is good, excellent restaurants, delicious cuisine, a coffee shop on the 1st floor. The view is good.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is very clean and comfortable! Great breakfast buffet! The restaurant/room service propose very good food! Everybody is super nice and if there is a communication problem they go through reception and come back to you within minutes.

Breakfast has a lot of variety and good taste. The Korean restaurant in 15 floor and the pub in 16 floor is also good. The stuff in the receptionist can speak English so there’s no difficulty to ask them something.

Very good location and lots of great amenities. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. There is a good Korean restaurant on the top floor and a nice cafe on the ground floor. Bank, restaurants and convenience store just across the road

I enjoyed the stay at the Grand Hill Hotel. The room was clean, quiet, with a good view. I especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast with wide range of options in a good atmosphere. The Pub Restaurant in the 16th floor offered tasty food. I want to thank the friendly service.
